Connections
Connections marks the first period in the practice where digital works and physical paintings were developed as parallel, autonomous outputs. Emerging during the rise of NFTs and blockchain-based assets, the series directly engages with networked value systems, digital circulation, and the structural conditions of contemporary exchange.
Digital paintings in this series are treated as complete works rather than preparatory stages, while physical paintings function as materially distinct counterparts. Using advanced 3D modeling and compositional systems, figures and environments are organized into interdependent structures—reflecting coordination, dependency, and tension across digital and physical domains.
Within the broader arc of the practice, Connections operates as a threshold. It is the point at which digital authorship is fully articulated and tested, ultimately revealing the limits of digital resolution alone. That realization directly informed the transition into Post-Globalist Landscapes, where digital planning is retained but value is resolved through singular, materially grounded works.
